Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing: All estimates are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on final project scope.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion.
Project Changes: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may affect pricing and timelines.
Access and Preparation: Clients agree to provide clear access to work areas and remove valuables and fragile items before work begins.
Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on labor against peeling and blistering due to workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, structural shifts, or customer misuse.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability: Pure Coat Painting inc is insured and will take all reasonable precautions to protect property but is not responsible for damage to hidden wiring, plumbing, or pre-existing conditions.
